If I sleep in a sleeping bag on the Earth will I be grounded?

Most sleeping bags are made of insulating and synthetic materials and you will not be grounded in them unless you stick an arm or foot out of the bag and make direct contact with the Earth.

Many people like to take our Earthing® Universal Mat or an Earthing® Pillow Cover along with an Earthing® Ground Rod camping with them. By attaching the Earthing® product to the Ground Rod, which then goes directly into the earth, you can be connected to the ground and still be warm and protected in your sleeping bag.

How did we do?
